As we all know, hitting a baseball/softball is one of the most difficult tasks in all of sports. At ESP our trainers and instructors will help our students with developing a consistent approach and plan on and off the field. Our staff, which consists of many years of professional experience will create an environment that breeds success.

We will stress core fundamentals while providing detailed, comprehensive instruction. We will train the body to perform at its highest level. We will stress the fundamentals and importance of both linear and rotational hitting. Through proper balance, body control and repetition our students will maximize potential.
