"To our friends, instructors, and directors, at ESP Sports Performance,
My son and I would like to pass along a huge Thank You to Instructors Chris Simon and Macey Brooks for their help in training Noah Hibler this past winter. He has exploded into many ‘personal bests’ thanks to your work and encouragement with him prior to the 2013 track season.
Noah is an 8th grader at Liberty Junior HS in New Lenox, IL and like many kids, he loves to run. As a 7th grader he was successful as a member of Liberty’s 4 x 200m 7th grade relay team which had the 9th fastest qualifying time in the state last year. The relay team made it to state where they recorded their best time of the year. This has fueled Noah to take formal training and improve his track skills even more. With ESP owner Tadd Gibson’s advice and leadership, Noah was connected with the staff at ESP to take his first formal track training sessions. With Director of Training Amy Brooks’ help in coordinating our visits, Noah trained directly with coaches Chris Simon and Macey Brooks.
Here are some of Noah’s track performances and results so far this year:
100m dash – broke the school record with a 12.1 time in the 100m during track meet at Summit Hill JHS, only needs .3 better to reach state qualifying time
110m hurdles – had never competed at hurdles up until 2 weeks ago yet has already grabbed 2 first places, and 2 third places in just 4 meets this season, he has a personal best of 19.0 seconds already
Long Jump – has a personal best of 16’8” during the second meet this season, he still needs 2 feet to reach state qualifying distance
200m dash – has a personal best of 25.0 during the third meet this season, only needs .6 better to reach state qualifying time
4 x 100m relay – Noah anchors a team that just executed a 50.3 (their best) during their meet at home this week, only need 1.3 seconds to reach state qualifying time
4 x 200m relay – Noah also anchors a team that has recorded a 1:45.8 (their best) which is only 2.3 seconds away from state qualifying time
Thanks to the training that he received at ESP, Liberty Junior HS has chosen Noah to represent them in 5 events for the championship portion of the 2013 season: the Dupage Valley Conference Finals (May 7), the Illinois Sectional Finals (May 11), and hopefully, the IESA State Finals in Peoria, IL (May 17, 18).
Thank you again to all the ESP staff."

"Macey, Just thought I'd let you know that I have noticed a huge difference in Kaylei's play and her speed. You can tell she has been going to speed training! Thanks and what a difference in only 3 classes so far."
-Coach Katie Monterosso & The Troha's Chicago Fire Junior U10 Travel
"Congrats on the 4 year Anniversary!!! You’ve accomplished A TON in such a short time…now what can you do in the next 4 years??? The Bolingbrook 11U Rampage team is a testament to the work/value you provide for your clients. Keep up the great work…"
-Nick Mottlow, Downers Grove
"I would like to thank you for the Speed and agility training that my son participated in on Wednesday. I was especially impressed with the professionalism of your program and facility. My son was hesitant to participate because of his comfort zone. After the training he made a number of statements about the positive interaction from Macy and how much he not only enjoyed the training, but also felt how this would benift him in his soccer endevors. Not only did Mr. Brooks welcome him but also pushed him out of his comfort and motivated him to not only enjoy the session but look forward to more. I would like to thank all for the opportunity. I know that we appreciated the opportunity and thank you all."

"I just wanted to drop you guys a quick note to let you know that Anthony ran in the Oswego Prairie Fest 5K with me on Sunday morning. With absolutely no specific practice runs or race training and only relying on his soccer and ESP (Macey) stamina. He blew his field away with a time of 21.50 finishing 38th overall out of 386 participants earning the first place trophy in his age group and beating his brother and old man by 10 minutes!! I couldn’t have been more proud of him!
Anthony told me he wants to finish first overall next year so he needs to come in at around 18:00 minutes. I asked him how he expects to do that without specifically training for these types of long runs…He said he will just keep working hard with Macey and he will get there next year…
Please tell Macey I said thanks again for all he has done for Anthony! The past 8-10 months I have seen Anthony make tremendous progress, while there is still plenty of work to be done I could not be more proud of his work ethic, confidence, and success this year on the soccer field. Much of his success is owed to Macey and I am grateful and very appreciative for that. Anthony looks forward to training with Macey each and every week and truly believes in him and what he has been teaching"!
Thanks again for everything!

"Macey & Tony, Thanks so much for working me hard this summer and treating me like one of the GUYS! I can't wait to come back!"
-Kellie Holpuch, North Central College Volleyball Player #30
"Macey & Tony...I just wanted to thank you so much for all the work that you did with me over the last couple winters. You guys not only prepared me for my final high school season but you were able to jump start me into my physical fitness career. I'm not sure if I told you this, but I was recruited to Guilford College in Greensboro, North Carolina to play tennis. I thank you two for getting me here! Please keep up all of the awesome work you two are doing! Thank you so much"
-Byron Hamilton
"Darius is having a great time, loves it! Plus he's got this "turbo boost" now that we've seen when he's playing soccer...THANKS to the coaches!"
-Jasmine Sohaey Grassi
"I just thought Macey & Tony would want to see Morgan's first tackle of the season. He is playing center alot and his long snap is getting better. I know he's doing so much better because of the one on one time he had with Macey & Tony through the summer! He's like a totally different football player. Very confident in his abilities and man has he slimmed down! It is so much fun to watch...he's #76. Morgan is also playing on the premier travel team with PJC and his team is 3-0 right now. Hope to see you guys soon!"
-Tia Johnson, Plainfield
"Thanks to all the training at ESP, Dylan stripped the ball from the other team and recovered the fumble at his last OYTF (orange lightwieght) game."
-Lynn Cullick, Oswego
"In February 2009, I began working out at ESP with Macey & Tony regularly. Since then not only have I lost 25-30 pounds, I have become a stronger, healthier person. Over the years I have tried many different diet/exercise plans. With a lower carb diet & my ESP workouts 3-4 times a week I am seeing results I only dreamed of. I have more energy & able to do more. I am so much stronger than I ever thought possible. What I love most about the workout routine is that it is different & challenging every time I step foot in ESP; it is something that you never get tired of. I would recommend ESP to anyone who is ready to work hard, really hard to get the results they want!"
-Dana Diorio, Plainfield
Macey- "Jack is killing kids at football the last two weeks. His confidence is sky high, and he wears his ESP football camp tshirt to practice. Can't thank you and Tony enough!"
-Ken Kroll, parent of Jack Kroll
Thank you for a wonderful tournament. The girls had a great time and the parents appreciated how well organized/run the event was. They also commented on how reasonable you kept the cost. We will definately look forward to participating at more events at ESP.
Thank you!

"Since I started catching with Mark [Dalesandro] my mechanics have drastically improved .He focuses on the small thing while keeping it simple and he always relates it to a game situation. He is also a great teacher of the mental part of the game which helps me with my approach to catching. Working with Mark [Dalesandro] definitely has given me the tools to compete at the next level."
- Tarah Ettinger, Oswego East Catcher - Committed to Oklahoma State
"I have been taking hitting lessons from Mark Dalesandro] for about 7 years now, and in those years he has developed my swing into college quality. Not only has Mark taught me the structure of the swing, but he has prepared me for the next level."
- Mike Hollenbeck, Joliet Township - Commited to Illinois State
"After a week and a half of my senior high school season had gone by, my lack of hitting had me frustrated and down on myself. I came in to start hitting with Sully. Within only a few swings he was able to pick up what I was doing wrong and FIX IT! After reshaping my swing for the next week I was back to being confident and comfortable and things started to click. From going through 3 weeks with no homeruns I launched a school season record with 12 long balls and hit the game winning 2 RBI single in the 3A State Championship Game. Because he goes the extra mile and truly cares about the people he works with it’s without a doubt that without him I would not have accomplished what I did. Thanks a lot ESP and Kevin "Sully" Sullivan"
- Stephen Cservenyak, Joliet Catholic - Committed to St. Joes
"Kevin Sullivan - I hate to say that our hitting package is up next week. I had mentioned this to Brandon and Ryan and they were upset that we were going to stop for a while. I have to be honest with you Kevin, the boys are really getting something out of the hitting instructions you are giving. This is exactly what I wanted out of the program you put together for my boys. This says a lot for you and your training style. Thanks again looks like you have a client for life."
- Mike Hutson, Plainfield Force 11U
"Well our Fall season just wrapped up at the St. Louis College Showcase. Angelina’s Team has played the last 4 weekends in 4 different towns. Against the Top 16-U College Exposure teams in the area.
And I just want to say Thanks to the Superb Instruction that she has received by Kevin [Sullivan]. She has been hitting to the fence and is getting on base at almost all of her at bats. Our last game was against an 18-U Gold team and we beat them. Angie hit against them and also caught a great game. She has great confidence behind the plate. It is night and day since she started instruction at ESP. In these past few months she has grown as a softball player. And we hope with further instruction she continues her progression. I recommend to as many people as possible to ESP and cannot praise enough Tadd’s business and Kevin [Sullivan's] Instruction.
Thanks Again for all of the things that you guys have done with Angie. And we look forward working with ESP through her high school years."
-Robert Vargas, Father of Angelina Vargas, Illinois Bandits 16U
"Justin really responds to Tom Trayser. Last year, I could not get him to throw a consistently good change up at all. By the 2nd lesson, Justin was tossing a nice change up that dives into right-handed batters. He cannot wait for pitching lessons each week. Also, Kevin Sullivan has taught Justin AND I several good catching drills. I used them last week in practice and our catchers loved them and the parents were impressed on their son's techniques. Between soccer and baseball Justin is at ESP Monday thru Friday. Sometimes, as parents, I think were nuts, but the kid loves it and we support what our kids love to do."
- Kevin Rehder (Illinois Raiders Baseball)
"I am so happy with the progress Anthony has made working 1 on 1 with Macey! Anthony is noticeably quicker, faster, stronger more aggressive and more confident in all aspects of his soccer game. His coaches, peers and even other player’s parents have commented over the past few weeks. He loves Macey and loves going to each and every session, last week he asked me if he can go 3 or 4 nights a week, I told him to get a job so he can start paying for this stuff!!"
- Anthony Falcone Sr.
