TONY WILLIAMS - PRESIDENT OF TRAINING AND EVALUATION
Experience:
Tony Williams is in his 10th year as a strength and conditioning specialist.
Tony began his athletic career at the University of Wisconsin where he played running back and safety. In his time at Wisconsin his team not only won consecutive Rose Bowl and Big Ten titles, but also produced 99' Heisman Trophy winner Ron Dayne.
From there, Tony served as an assistant strength coach for the University of Iowa football team under Big Ten strength coach of the year, Chris Doyle.
Looking to expand his career, Tony served as a assistant scout with the Chicago Bears while also serving as staff for the NFL scouting combine.
The consolidation of these experiences led Tony to create IntenseCity, which started as a service to sport management firms to train college football players for success at the NFL scouting combine.
After 4 years of combine camps and working exclusively with sport management firms, Tony expanded IntenseCity to provide its services to a larger population including high school and youth athletes. In addition, Intesecity has evolved to provide personal fitness training to over 100 clients, including other trainers.
Tony is also in his 12th year, and a brown belt, on the Carlson Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Competition team.
