Total Body Training - 9am - 10am (9:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
Total Body Training Class - Use kettlebells, free weights, and a multitude of other elite training techniques to build a hard, chiseled, functional body. This class is ideal for avid fitness enthusiast who want to challenge themselves, and look to take their fitness to the highest level.


Active Stretching 10-10:30am (10:00 AM - 10:30 AM)
An advanced stretching/toning class taught by Dr. Josh Bletzinger, Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician.



Athlete Weightlifting And Speed 10:00am - 11:30am (10:00 AM - 11:30 AM)
The weight room session is our primary means of increasing an athlete’s explosive strength.  These sessions are age appropriate and are designed to give our athletes a functional strength base from which to increase their performance. Sessions incorporate olympic lifts and plyometrics to increase explosiveness and utilize a variety of free weights to increase strength, muscle mass, and increase joint integrity.


Speed & Agility 11:30am-12:30pm (11:30 AM - 12:30 PM)
An essential class to develop proper sprint mechanics and provide techniques to improve speed and agility.  Our classes utilize field drills focusing on acceleration, multi-planar change of direction, and sport specific techniques.  Drills progress from simple speed and agility movement patterns to reactive stimuli, mimicking game reactions.  Classes are grouped according to ability and provide a fun and competitive environment to increase essential athletic skills.

Football Academy: Pre Season Training 7pm-8:30pm (7:00 PM - 8:30 PM)
Elite Sports Performance is home to the most comprehensive football training available outside of an actual football team. Our football program is based in years of football experience at the very highest levels. Our instructors are highly-accomplished, former professional players, coaches, and scouts. Our position specific training techniques emphasize the skills and knowledge to succeed where it counts most, on the field against the competition. At ESP not only will you get faster and stronger, but you'll get faster, stronger, catch better, run routes better & understand football better.

Adult Weightlifting 6pm-7pm (6:00 PM)
Adult Personal Training - The small group weight room sessions provide clients with a smaller more personalized workout.  Our personal training sessions utilize the ESP weight room and incorporate all aspects of personal fitness.  Clients can expect increases in lean muscle, functional strength, and balance with a dramatic decrease in body-fat and injuries.

Adult Cardio / Bootcamp Conditioning 9am-10am (9:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
Cardio Conditioning Class- Our conditioning class replaces ineffective cardio machines, with fat burning field work.  This class utilizes sprints, tempo runs,  and agility circuits to provide a true measure of cardiovascular fitness.  The perfect class to compliment any type of weightlifting regimen.

Young People's Strength Training 10am-11am (13 Or Younger) (10:00 AM - 11:00 AM)
Young People’s Strength Training is a unique class designed specifically for younger athletes and children (13 and younger) to increase motor skill development, spatial awareness, and increase athletic attributes. Classes incorporate calisthenics, balance, core, and flexibility training in a fun and positive environment.
