ESP offers a host of elite services for adult fitness. Our classes draw from our wealth of training experience and provide clients with a wide range of services from which to choose. Our classes are the answer to you looking, feeling, and functioning your best.
Adult Personal Training - The small group weight room sessions provide clients with a smaller more personalized workout. Our personal training sessions utilize the ESP weight room and incorporate all aspects of personal fitness. Clients can expect increases in lean muscle, functional strength, and balance with a dramatic decrease in body-fat and injuries.
Total Body Training Class - Use kettlebells, free weights, and a multitude of other elite training techniques to build a hard, chiseled, functional body. This class is ideal for avid fitness enthusiast who want to challenge themselves, and look to take their fitness to the highest level.
Cardio Conditioning Class- Our conditioning class replaces ineffective cardio machines, with fat burning field work. This class utilizes sprints, tempo runs, and agility circuits to provide a true measure of cardiovascular fitness. The perfect class to compliment any type of weightlifting regimen.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu - Not only get in fantastic shape but also learn effective self-defense and other aspects of martial arts. Utilizing grappling and throwing techniques, this program teaches all aspects of ground and stand-up fighting. Learn to use joint locks, chokes, and holds to defend yourself and subdue an opponent. Classes also include aspects of mixed martial arts, incorporating punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. Classes are taught by 13 year jiu-jitsu practitioner and Carlson Gracie Team Brown Belt, Tony Williams. Gi and no Gi classes offered.
