INSTRUCTIONAL BOXING CLASS BEGINS SEPTEMBER 30th - 8pm
This class is a great way for athletes to learn the fundamentals of boxing. This class will focus on the main techniques used by successful boxers. Students will learn these skills using various boxing drills. Class will run on Wednesdays at 8pm for boxing enthusiasts, ages 8 and up. Softball Training Camp featuring Florida State Softball
Elite Sports Performance will be hosting a Winter Softball Training Camp featuring coaches from one of the top softball programs in the nation, Florida State University. The camp will be held December 28th – 29th. The camp will run from 10:15am – 2pm on both days. For more information, click here.
